You can also customize your own product by choosing flowers and fillers of your choice. Proceed to the checkout page- Fill in the shipping and payment information and confirm your order to finish the transaction.

Even we cannot view your payment details as you are directly diverted to the secured payment gateway of PayPal or ccAvenues.

You can changes and cancellation of your order only 24 hours prior to your date of delivery or the date of shipment subject to a deduction of 7% of the ordered amount towards credit card processing expense. Same day delivery is processed immediately and hence cannot be swapped or abandoned.

No, there are no additional delivery charges or any hidden cost attached with the standard delivery order which can be delivered anytime between 9am to 6pm. However, a nominal delivery charge may arise in case if the delivery is to be done on fixed time or specific time like midnights (between 11:30pm and 12:30am) and if the delivery area falls beyond the city limits. Delivery charges may vary as per city location.
We will do everything possible to replicate the flowers as shown on our website. If an item is unavailable due to seasonal or local restrictions, we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and yes of equal or higher price. Eventually the flower bouquet will look nice and be of best value for money.
As we deliver across Bangalore, cake is a perishable product and we source it from the local renowned bakery. Therefore the cake may not look exactly same as shown in picture but the flavor will be same as selected.
